The visual novel world gains a new chapter in its sci-fi saga with the release of COCORO. Developed by Frontwing in collaboration with Frontwing USA and GOOD SMILE COMPANY, this romance adventure is now available for PC via Steam and DLsite. The fully voice-acted game features a story set in a future where artificial intelligence has transformed the world, following the bond between a boy who has lost his home and an android girl who dreams of becoming human.
The plot, conceived by Asta Konno – known for his work on ATRI -My Dear Moments- – focuses on the evolution of the relationship between the protagonist and a single heroine. The illustrations are by Akio Watanabe, already appreciated for his works in Monogatari and Grisaia. The multimedia experience is enriched by an ending theme sung by voice actress Hina Youmiya, with lyrics written by Yoshikazu Kuwashima, and a soundtrack composed by veteran Fuminori Matsumoto.
For those who wish to experience the title's atmosphere right away, a demo is already accessible on the Steam platform. Additionally, until September 7, the game is available with a 20% discount.
