ecchi.it ("the Site") offers sexy-themed (non-pornographic) games and quizzes for an adult audience. For any privacy request you can contact us at dariobe@gmail.com.
2. Age restriction
The Site is reserved for users aged 18 or over. On the first visit an age-verification notice is shown; by confirming you declare to be of legal age.
3. What data we collect
- No registration is required to use the Site.
- Nickname for rankings: if you choose to leave a score in a quiz, the name you type and your score are stored to display the leaderboard. Do not enter personal data as a nickname.
- Technical preferences saved on your device (see cookies below).
- We do not use advertising or profiling cookies and we do not sell your data.
4. Cookies and local storage
- quoz_lang – cookie that remembers your chosen language.
- ecchi_age_ok – local storage flag that remembers you confirmed you are 18+.
- ecchi_cookie_ok – local storage flag that remembers you accepted this policy.
- giocatore – cookie that remembers the nickname you used to play.
These are technical cookies needed for the Site to work and to store your choices. The Site loads some third-party resources (e.g. the jQuery library and the QR code generator) which may receive your IP address as part of the technical request.
4-bis. Advertising (third parties)
The Site may show advertising provided by third-party adult ad networks (e.g. JuicyAds). These partners may set their own cookies/identifiers and process data (including your IP address and browsing) to deliver and measure ads, potentially including profiling. Advertising scripts are loaded only after you give consent via the cookie banner: if you choose "Reject", they are not loaded. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's storage. 5. Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed solely to operate the Site, remember your preferences and show quiz rankings. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in providing a working service (Art. 6 GDPR).
