Fans of adult animation can rejoice: T-Rex Studio, an icon of the hentai genre, has officially announced an anime adaptation of the doujinshi Otonari no Nie. The news, which emerged during coverage of the Tokyo Game Show, confirms the intent to bring the story of Kazu and Shion, two childhood friends bound by a deep secret, to the screen.
Production of the project has been entrusted to Lune Soft, which will release the work under its Antechinus label. For now, the adaptation is planned as a two-episode OVA, with a release date set for November 27. Although some sources suggest a possible connection to Bunny Walker, official confirmation from the studio is still pending.
The original manga, created by artist Inue Shinsuke and published in 2019, tells the story of Kazu’s return after five years abroad. Upon his return, he discovers that during his absence, the relationship between Shion and his father has taken an unexpected direction, weaving together themes of secret love and complex family dynamics in an adult context.
