The new chapter of the Hyperdimension Neptunia saga, titled 'Chou Shinjiku Game Neptune Infinity Unlimited', was officially released on August 27, 2026. Developed by Compile Heart, the title is available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch 2, and Nintendo Switch. It is the latest numbered episode in the series, continuing the story of the video game world with the goddess Neptunia.
To celebrate the release, character designer Tuna K. published an exclusive illustration created specifically for the occasion. The plot features Neptunia as the sole survivor in a white void after a meteorite impact, guided by a mysterious voice and a number engraved on her cheek.
Coinciding with the launch, a launch event was announced to take place on August 29 at the Softmap AKIBA Amusement Building in Tokyo. Owners of the physical edition of the game can participate in a lottery to win posters, color pencils signed by the voice actors, and other promotional items. The event will run from 11:30 to 18:00.
